Biography

Yuhao Shu (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in microelectronics science and engineering from Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2019, and the joint Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology from ShanghaiTech University, Shanghai, China, and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2025.
He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Integrated Circuits, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China. His research interests include embedded memory design, in-memory computing, cryogenic CMOS circuits, and energy-efficient circuit and system designs.
